To ensure that PALMS 2026 is accessible to delegates from a wide variety of backgrounds and regions. Registration fees follow a tiered pricing structure that considers both the economic context of the attendee’s country of affiliation (country income level) and career stage (student or professional). All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). Country income-level classifications are based on the World Bank. If you are unsure what rates you qualify for, please feel free to get in touch at ceu@nus.edu.sg.
Registration includes:
- Access to the full conference
- Tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch (see Programme)
- Certificate of attendance
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the PALMS 2026 Organising Committee by email: palms2026@nus.edu.sg
- All refunds will be made in SGD.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- There is no refunds on student hostel accommodation.
- No refunds will be issued after registration closes, and for no-shows.
- All refunds will be processed only after conference is over.

Student Hostel
Standard Rooms (Air-conditioned)
A single-person living space furnished with a single bed, a ceiling fan, a writing desk and chair, a bookshelf, a wardrobe and a mobile pedestal. Shared Shower and toilet facilities as well as kitchenettes (at selected levels) are located along the common corridors or within the apartments. Kitchenettes are equipped with stoves and other kitchen appliances where residents can cook their own meals instead of eating out. Our rooms are birth gender-specific.
NUS UTown Student Hostels
Student Hostel Rooms at NUS UTown, Kent Ridge Campus:
- As our hostels are gender specific, please indicate your birth gender during registration.
- There will be no refunds, discounts, or changes after booking.
- Room Packages are fixed at SGD $422 (12-18 July 2026), there is no early check-ins, late check-outs, or extension of stays:
- Check-in: 12 July (after 2pm)
- Check-out: 18 July (by 12pm)
Our budget-friendly accommodation option offers single occupancy rooms with shared bathroom facilities and come with single bed, one pillow, one blanket, one towel, a set of basic toiletries, a refillable water bottle and free wi-fi.
