Registration & Accommodation

To ensure that PALMS 2026 is accessible to delegates from a wide variety of backgrounds and regions. Registration fees follow a tiered pricing structure that considers both the economic context of the attendee’s country of affiliation (country income level) and career stage (student or professional). All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). Country income-level classifications are based on the World Bank. If you are unsure what rates you qualify for, please feel free to get in touch at ceu@nus.edu.sg.

Registration includes:

• Access to the full conference
• Tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch (see Programme)
• Certificate of attendance

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the PALMS 2026 Organising Committee by email: palms2026@nus.edu.sg
• All refunds will be made in SGD.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• There is no refunds on student hostel accommodation.
• No refunds will be issued after registration closes, and for no-shows.
• All refunds will be process only after conference is over.
